Well... when Occupy Seattle was occupying the lawn of Seattle Central Community College in Fall of 2011, they had a library in their cold, wet little tent-city - just a few shelves of books and some chairs in a pop-up pavilion, but it was a library.
I could see rogue libraries built into vans and campers, or packed in milk crates that can quickly be stacked into shelves. Secret back rooms of shops, abandoned mansions, private-school attics, nondescript motor homes in trailer parks, cabins of boats... the possibilities are endless.
