So I'm going to turn this one over to the collective brain. How did you learn to take up space in the world? What has it done for you? Are there liabilities to doing it? Can you turn it on and off at will? If so, how do you do that and how do you decide when and where to do it? Do you feel more like yourself when you are taking up space in the world, or when you're avoiding taking up space in the world? Were there any specific things you did that helped you learn how to be comfortable with taking up space?
