I did it! I know I've been putting it off like crazy, but! I finished! It's all purdy, in a nice white envelope with my application, my autobiographical statement and my curriculum vitae. It has labels. I also did my residency form. Tomorrow they get mailed.
Here's all that's left:
Call and see why they're not showing having my Hollins transcript.
Call and see if they need me to send in a "payment form" even though I submitted that part electronically.
Write recommendation letter thank you letters.
Go by and see Dr. Herman and get my immunization form filled out.
