Ok, so you're hearing it from here first. drumroll please..... Here are the dates for McDowell and Gulftreat!!
JH McDowell- Jan. 27-29
SH McDowell- Feb. 10-12
JH Gulftreat- March 10-12
SH Gulftreat- April 28-30
Woo hoo! They are gonna be SO fun b/c me, Kath, Mallie, and JOSH helped plan them! I just got back from a planning retreat which was REALLY fun. It was great to see Gulftreat people and look at their pictures from work camp and CITing at elementary camp this summer. And yes, Emily, Brandon Buttmunch was there and we're on the same planning team. He really is cool!
oh, and the fall rally is October 8th and the theme is "Forgiveness." The keynoter is Patrick Laney, who you may remember was the rec leader at Montreat last year. So its gonna be AWESOME and you ALL have to come.
AND mark your calendars for Monday, October 16 and Tuesday, October 17- why? Because it's the Ensemble/ Choir's "Brookie Fever" Disco Follies! It will be AWESOME!!! And we're not performing for the school during an assembly, so you have to come to a show at night! Buy your tickets from me or Kath- only $7!!! what a bargain!...
