So many agendas and so little time. Not sure entirely who is working for who and with whom. Still I like that in a story. Shame about Alice and Johnson - a pairing I've written as well. Looking forward to chapter 3

So much frustration in this chapter! I hate being so ahead of them because you just want to yell at them to notice what's going on. Ianto is also frustrating, but then again he has to go through the motions of being angry, even though Jack is just worrying, he's not doing anything mean.

And they have noticed, just not enough and not in time.

I will never not be amused by annoyed!Ianto. Who else would respond to a marriage proposal with "WTF, have you been taken over by alien brain mites?"

Well, that'll teach me to miss the first chappie won't it? Oh, NB, what's up with this and you do seem to like writing Alice, a person tolerated amoungst the relatives for me anyway--like Jack's children, mostly don't want to know--did love Steven and welcome any fic that can place him back in the land of the living.

Okay, ladybug, I'm reading, I'm hurting, I will never cease to be amazed by what you write. And golly Moses when you write Jack and Ianto skirting out and out world war next, it's just awesome, both proud men, both fragile in their own ways. Keep making magic and send it my way...more please as always.

Ah, whereas I love Alice and assume anyone who has known Jack this long and this well and HASN'T shot him at least once must be some kind of saint. :D

I was having a hard time thinking of Lois as a spy, but now they've started harming people I want that B hung up by her ankles and beaten. Yep, I'm mad. Now I guess We can only hope that John arrives in time to save Jack and that Ianto and Gwen twig what's happening before they get captured.

I do feel sorry for Alice. I can imagine how hard it is for her to let people in, and then it turns out that Kate was working for Jack. Ouch.

Oh, no! Walter. And Lois doesn't seem to have a clue about what's really going on. Or is perhaps in denial.

Jack fell for the "come here and take a look" trick. Damn.

I look forward to reading the next chapter. Though I am worried about our heroes.
