Ooh let me know if you want help, I do love dragons. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen that film though, but it does sound like a great blend.

I've just been reading about the film, there is an hilarious review on Amazon where the person does a whole analysis that argues that it's all about World War 11. I had no idea that it's post apocalyptic Britain. Very interesting. I must catch it one day, I shall keep an eye out on the cable channels. I'm already guessing which TW characters will be in which roles!

It's an awful movie, but it's fun, and dragons eat people. :)

Hahahaha, I have no time to beta right now (paaaaaaarty this weekend! woo! fangirls!), but my cousin quatredeathlady and I walked to the movie theatre to see that when we were in... high school? I think. Or maybe freshman year of college? It was before I had my own car. Anyway, I think we laughed non-stop the ENTIRE WALK BACK making up ridiculous scenarios surrounding that movie XD Now I want to ask her if she remembers it!

THERE ARE DRAGONS. THEY EAT PEOPLE. This has been very therapeutic to write.

*ponder* Can I wait until I hear back from Wynkat and Fide? I'll do my rewrites, and then shoot it to you to make sure the story works with a fresh pair of eyes. (This is important when I have something plotty, because any surprises only work for the very first read, and if I'm working on the build-up, I need someone new to tell me if it works this time.)
