so i've basically settled on grey linen trimmed in a dark red. you think that will be faire approvable?
spent about 6 hours straight fingerloop braiding. i enjoy it. mindless employment...fun. i'm considering using it for faire favors, but i'll work that in my head later.
there are so many things i want to start work on. hedgehog handiworks has a netting kit for $9, and i've found several embroidery patterns for elizabethan 'sweet bags'. must say no to all until dress is complete.
when i get money on tuesday, i will but the pattern. then the next week i'll get the grey linen. hopefully i have enough random bits of linen to peice together an underskirt. i'm going to line the skirt, but leave it loose, and i am going to cord it, so i have some fullness.
...wow, that man should not be in spandex. apparently you don't need to be in shape to sled...
bulh. time. damn waiting and time. i want to be done. or at least working.
