PETA

Feb 03, 2007 09:58

Well, as I suspected, the PETA workers were charged with littering only and given a suspended jail sentence with probation for a year and about $4k worth of fines.

At least, some of the information about PETA's procedures has now become public so that people can be aware that by "ethical treatment of animals" PETA means euthanization over adoption.

that tee shirt I made is available for sale - I've got one on the way to me (and a Sass and Go! tee, too!). order it now, because something tells me, now that the PETA workers have been acquitted of the more serious charges, it might be taken off the site. But, that's just a guess. we'll see.

peta, trial
