I really hate weddings. I have a few coming up and Im dreading them. I mean Im happy my friends are a happy and all that, that isn't the issue. I just get a knot in my stomach when I think of them. Weddings are the perfect way to highlight to a single person everything they're missing. Your "special day" Is a day that is so far out of my reach it might as well be the moon. And I really don't take solace in the reassuring "you'll find someone" from my coupled friends. You have no idea if that's true. I might not. This might be it. Just me. Always. You can't understand that option cause it isn't an option to you and probably hasn't been for years. But the same way you can't imagine not being with the person you love all the time, I can't imagine finding some mythical person who not only likes me, hell, loves me, but wants ONLY me forever.
