Another year has passed and begun as well. Learning some music theory for a change. I always made the excuse that it was complicated, but like Math, you learn it once and it does not change. It is what it is. - Lots of going to guitar stores lately and playing all kinds of guitars and discovering custom guitars and what makes them all unique. It's a fascinating journey. Each door opens another. There are all these jazz rock fusion players out there on YouTube who are just amazing. Ten years ago there was no way to hear their stuff. Now it is all right there. - Cold and snow and very winter outside. The amazing thing is that the days are getting longer again and that in February one begins to notice the first thaw and things like that. - Easy drive to work today. I usually take the train but welcomed the chance to drive which takes half the time during one of these everyone is on vacation weeks.
