Seriously? I could be a doctor. How hard is it to tell someone, "sorry, we don't know why you are having problems/pain/redness." I could do that. Sigh.
I had my mammogram and breast sonogram today. I got my boobs repeatedly squished between two plates of glass and prodded with a sono wand...and they found nothing. They tried telling me that the redness must be some topical issue. "Did you change laundry detergent?" A topical issue that has been going on for three weeks with accompanying pain? Yeeeeaah, I don't think so. Hopefully MY doctor will have some better idea of what to do next. Obviously I'm glad they didn't find any tumors or anything, but plugged ducts or a cyst would have explained why I've been sore and red.
