Weird little fic inspired by Nox Arcana (click and listen, it's beautiful)... little sister told me about it, said I should listen to their music because I like instrumentals.
Annnd, well... inspiration hit. I've no idea what to make of it o.o;;; but I think I like it =3

Snow had heard tales.
Tales of the orphan boy who lived in the forests far from his village. Sadly, when one looked upon the boy, watched him, their hearts would fill with despair for the boy was all that represented lost hope.
And now, as Snow watched the boy, he was truly entranced. The sky was darkening and the moon was rising, and the boy was spinning slowly with his pale slender arms arcing gracefully over his head of soft silver hair, his bare feet moving silently in the snow as he danced. The boy raised his head skyward, revealing a gentle and beautiful face, his eyes closed as he continued to dance to a song only he could hear, his dark cloak flowing out around him, presenting his small almost delicate frame.
Snow could only hear his soft breathing, his own heartbeat, and he suddenly longed to hear the music the boy danced to. How could one so young live in solitude for so long? Wasn't he lonely?
It was these thoughts that had made Snow unable to leave. Unable to leave the boy. And even as the cold winter's night became colder still, Snow could only stay and watch the boy. He could only watch, because he did not dare leave the boy alone, not again, not after so long.
And so Snow never left the orphan boy.
End.
