I'm back from venice!!! the trip was great, but I'm glad I'm home ^_^ specially since... the heating is already on!!!!! yey!! no more wearing the coat, scarf and gloves indoors! *me loves cozy heated home* - dancing around with only a t-shirt and a light sweater. :3
however, I was asked to translate this song a while ago, but at the time it wasn't even out and I couldn't get hold of the kanji lyrics. then when I received the [beautiful days] single I transcribed the lyrics but didn't find the time to translate them until now. so to the person that asked me in the first place 訳すをちょっと遅れてゴメン - sorry for the delay ^_^'
the title means "I'm all I have", which sounds a little sad, but the song is not sad at all, in my opinion. I learned to like it after all the times I listened to it while translating :3

(*1): [現在] “genzai” means present and though they say [今] “ima” - which is translated as “now” - I thought both could be switched without a problem and actually “present” fit better this time.
(*2): yes, this sounds weird, but japanese can b pretty lame at times... there's no ulterior meaning to this, [輝く] is “shine, sparkle, beam, glisten” and so on.
(*3): though in the booklet it's written this kanji [創] = “sou”, the truth is they pronounce it as [作] = “tsukuru”. both kanji together mean “create”, but they have slightly artistic connotations (like in creating a novel)
