You should try getting a debit card! I don't have a credit card (coz apparently I don't make enough money to get one... Actually now I probably COULD get one but the one I have is cheaper so I dun wanna XD) so I'm using a debit card. It's easier to get and works pretty much the same way as credit card when buying from internet.
I don't really know about that... I've never had a "normal" bank card myself. Before I got my debit card I had one that you could only use to get money from ATM and not pay with it. But yeah, I guess bank card kinda works the same, wether you're buying from a store or online it transfers the money straight from the account.
Hm, I wish I could remeber what I did to get my card to work on PayPal ^^; The problem with debit card (or bank card if it works the same way) is that some security systems have trouble recognizing the confirmation number on it and keep saying you're putting the wrong number even if you aren't. PayPal is one of these. So I had to do some kinda account confirmation where PayPal took couple euros from my bank account to confirm that it was a real account (or something like that) and when the confirmation was done, it put those euros on my PayPal account to be used with my first purchase. I just can't remember how I did all that ^^; But you should be able to find the way to do that when adding the card number there!
yeah i had trouble entering the numbers in paypal =o= arghh this is all soo confusing!!! and wats the deal with paypal ATM debut cards? should i get one and use it as a debit card?
There should be some way to confirm your card there even without putting the actual confirmation number, I just can't remember what it was ^^; Sorry... I was fighting with paypal so much that finally when I somehow managed to get it work I didn't have any memory on how I did it!! With some countries there are ways to transfew money stright from the bank account there but I dunno which ones. At least Finland is not o the list XP
