The Basics
Name: Michelle (nicknames Michi, Michiru)
Age: 22
Describe the meaning or significance in your username: goddessneptune is a name I've used for quite some time now (7 years). Around the time I got back into Sailor Moon, the S series aired on TV. I found out that Sailor Neptune's english name was my name, Michelle. Since I endeavored to become the Goddess of the Universe, I figured I'd just adopt 'Goddess Neptune'.
Favorite color: Green, followed by black
Do you give orders or simple follow what's given to you? Generally follow, but only if I agree with what's given; I'd say I'm mainly independent and a follower
Is the glass half full or half empty? half full, although I might sometimes think its otherwise
Your favourite drink is? non-alcoholic = diet pepsi. I call it my 'poison' but its no calories or fat and has got caffiene. :D The perfect drug (it also tastes better than Diet coke) For alcoholic beverages I'm partial to sweet red wine.
Smoking. Yes or no? Disgusting habit. Because I sing, I never intend to try it (although characters who do it sometimes look cool XD)
Scraping the Surface
What are your interests? Singing, DDR, cooking, eating, ethnic foods, anime, manga, music, jrock (and to a lesser extent jpop), good movies, yaoi, musicals
What are your pet peeves? people who never listen and give responses that make it obvious, people who give into fads just because, money (about as much as I like it), homophobes, people who talk about you behind your back, racism, people who are judgemental (I suppose homophobes and racists are within this catergory), purposely staying ignorant (again a cause of homophobia/racism/sexism)
What are your hobbies? Special talents? Singing, writing (just a bit), DDR, being a loyal friend, being just a little random and nerdy
Your strengths lie in… and why? singing (I was born with the talent, and I also practice hard to get better), being a loyal friend, independent, friendly, don't speak about others behind their back (that's just the way I am) I like to think I'm creative, maybe I am. I really enjoy writing when I have the time and energy to do so. I LOVE food and trying new types of it. Musicals are also fun to be in!
Your weaknesses are… and why? Shy and socially inempt (makes it hard for me to get to know others, or get close to them), I'm also a procrastinator
Digging a little Deeper
Who do you admire (whether it be fictitious or real life) and why? Severus Snape. Although he did go through a rocky part in his life, I admire him for doing what he thinks is right. He's very much an anti-hero but he gives the impression that he doesn't care about what other people think. I can't say I like the fact that he's completely anti-social (and likely a little lonely); but I admire him for being confident and carrying through with his decisions, despite what others might think. He doesn't care to be popular or try to be. He's also intelligent and witty. I'd never like to be so caustic and anti-social, but there are still many traits in him that I admire. :D
What do you look for in a friend and why? loyalty, friendliness, someone who will give you good advice (but not dictate your decisions or chastize you), being a little random
If you were in a rock band, which position would you play and why? Singing. Although I'm shy, I do like being in the limelight sometimes (given my love of being in musicals). Singing is also what I'm best at.
How would your ideal room/apartment look like and why? Functional but personal. Roommate(s) who can get along with me/care for me
If you were a piece of jewelry what would you be and why? an odd question...a crown of thorns! (kidding) Maybe a simple ring, since it signifies unity; being whole and well rounded.
From the Manga
Who is your favorite character and why? Shin. He's just so cute, and you never know whether he's really being serious when he speaks of some of the things he does. I love bishis with an angsty past that they hide behind being happy/cute. Although I still haven't progressed far in the manga...I can tell there's something deeper going on than what's currently been revealed. He also likes sushi!!! (a man after my own heart)
Who is your least favorite character and why? Shouji...because he cheated >.< BUT Jun is a close 2nd
Your favorite pairing? And why? Nobu x Shin...sooooo cute. Maybe it would never happen within the canon. Its my yaoi fangirl side coming out, but it would totally work if they let themselves get romantically involved. ~_^
Your favorite relationship? And why? I'll go with Nana and Hachi...mainly since I'm not a huge fan of any of the established romantic relationships. I think their greater than friendship relationship is too cute, considering how different they are!

Where did you hear about us from? I was looking for a Nana rating community after I was checking out the Parakiss comm last night.
