Props to Mama Su for noting that she'd also be pissed off if she were driving around for 3 hours looking for the place. Not only that but it was a cramped car. This isn't really a big deal, and there's no drama needed. About the Valero gas station, sometimes there is a lot of miscommunication when directions are given. But there's really no excuse for not calling and telling us that you already left. Concerning this whole issue, we know you guys tried to help and all, but why couldn't someone just have easily came out to get us within the first two hours of us driving on end? Instead you guys just tried to give us directions by talking of railroads, trees, and all this jibba jabba. Well we figured out there are plenty of trees and turnouts and railroads. Tony asked for someone to come out there and meet us and he told us that you guys just kept passing the phone around. That to me is frustrating. I think out of everyone Tony deserves the apology because he wasted maybe a quarter tank going all the way down Mission Road back and forth. Anyways, eventually, these two guys (sorry I actually don't know your names) met us up at Safeway which was a lifesaver. We would have never found the place if they didn't come because it was really dark already and we were all just ready to go home. So thank you to them. I know that the real issue isn't about ditching or anything, because that's something that couldn't have been avoided with all these cars. I think the real thing that people are angry about is that no one really thought about coming out to meet us when we asked for help since the place was impossible to find. And come on guys, admit it. We saw the trail to and from the bonfire site. I don't think any of you wanted to climb that bullshit again.
