Why do people keep trying to pull me out of the water whenever I find a comfortable spot?

Because it's unhygienic.

Unhygienic? How is relaxing in the water unhygienic?

Though I have noticed that the water feels a bit unpleasant compared to what I'm used to, it is no different than the feel of the water in the Barge's pool.

Children probably urinate in it.

I see. Do you surface dwellers not teach your offspring to utilize some sort of disposal system for your bodily waste?

You truly are filth. Though I suppose it is no different from any other primitive animal urinating where they swim.

You do realise I'm not the same species as them, you imbecile.

Close enough. You dwell on the surface as they do and engage in similarly petulant behavior.

Yes, let's forget all about the incredible cultural, technological, and genetic divide between Gallifrey and Earth! Face it, your people are closer to humans than mine will ever be.

Aren't you part human, yourself?

...

Very well, they are filthy animals.

And I rather like to think I haven't inherited the more...disgusting traits of my surface dweller side.

Glad we're agreed on that front.
