I wonder what the people around me think when I have a forty minute conversation with my boss on the irony of having a conversation about irony.
So far, we've determined that, no, it isn't ironic. Just coincidental, and a huge waste of time.
Anyway, I started playing FFXI again. The game definitely is more enjoyable with friends (and when you have prior knowledge of what the fuck is going on, because JESUS CHRIST the game is not newbie-friendly). For comparison, when I first started in the PS2 beta back in 2001/2002, it took me an entire month to get to level 10. When the game went live, and I got my free copy, it took me about three weeks.
I started playing Thursday. I made level 10 yesterday. Oh yeah. That's right.
I saw Casino Royale and Children of Men over the weekend. It's about time some really good movies came out, and both of them were EXCELLENT.
