Job Openings: We are always looking for wait staff, kitchen assistants, cooks, bakers, hostess, and busboys. Pay is modest to start with bonuses and raises. Newcomer friendly. Neutral. Come in any time and talk one of the managers or contact Brooke, Nami or Vivi by NV.

Brief History: Brooke's was originally a music store selling the finest musical instruments in the port. When the original owner gave the store to the Skeleton pirate Brooke he took it over, cleaned it up and gave it a touch of class, opening a small bakery inside as well. When Brooke was returned home a 'Will' was found leaving the shop to Sanji to turn into a restaurant. Sanji and Nami worked up plans to convert the store into a fine casual dining restaurant, naming it Brooke's in honor of their crew mate. They found contracts with some neutral produce and meat growers on the island, finding the best and safest natural foods to use in the kitchen, building a full and interesting menu. Shortly after it's opening in February Sanji was returned home, leaving the restaurant to Nami to tend for. Since then local chefs have been interviewed and hired. Brooke's has stayed open and running since then, keeping in working condition with the help from Usopp and Vivi.
May of 2011 brought Brooke back and shortly after, with a long month between, Brooke announced taking his shop back and pushing Brooke's to be the very first Musical Restaurant. Patrons can come in and play a little music while eating lunch, get lessons over dinner or just sit back and enjoy the music while enjoying a meal. Instruments are sold once again as are lessons.

Map of Brooke's. It is a little old and very much not to scale,
but it gives you a fairly good idea of the establishment.
Seriously. SERIOUSLY someone needs to draw up a better floor plan for this...
but until then this is how it goes.

1 - Entrance at the corner of the building! Double doors of wood and glass, well polished. Hand Painted “Brooke's” name at the top of the doors.
2 - Check in counter, sign in, as well as pay out. There are waiting seats around here (not pictures).
3 - Brooke's Bakery Counter and Take Out. Order coffee, crumpets or pie, cake, sweets, donuts, teas, and other cafe style goods here. Also order from the main menu and have it ready for take out.
4 - Out door seating. For better weather morning and afternoon. Closed up during darkness hours.
5 - Dining area. Booths and tables available. Check in, be seated and served!
6 - Musical stage. A grand piano left over from the shops musical days can be found sitting on a raised stage. Enough space for dancing as well. It has open use, to be played by guests or by staff (those those who play it as a disturbance will be asked to stop). The stage can be used for special occasions as well.
7 - Brooke's Bar. Nothing like you would find at a local club, but a modest bar with 6 local beers on tap as well as other liqueurs. Some special made drinks and local wines can be fixed here. Limited seating at the bar.
8 - Entrance to the kitchens and back room! Double swinging doors.
9 - The ultra fancy Kitchens!
10 - The Office. Desk, phone, paper work, the boss works here.
11 - Ladies restroom. Two pay phones found at the end of this hall way
12 - Mens restroom.
13 - Refrigerator room
14 - Freezer room (access through refrigerator room.
15 - Hidden hallway from kitchens to bakery.
16 - Door to the very large storage room (not pictured here because it is so large) and performance hall as well as the main back door to alley way. Employee access as well as main access to the Straw Hats home other then going through the front. There is also a fire escape outside from the apartment space to the ground.
17 - Steps to the Straw Hats upper flat. No access unless permitted.

Will:
Edited on May the 21st: Because Brooke as returned this doesn't apply in the same terms, but in case Brooke is missing or there are any legal disputes, Nami's Will for the shop is this:
If by some chance Nami ends up missing or sent home she has left a will of property and information on everything ever that has to be done to keep the building and restaurant in good working order, who to pay for what and when.
She has, at current, listed Brooke as first owner vnd that it will always fall back to his command when he is in port.
Miss Vivi is listed next in case Brooke and Nami are both gone, as well as the rest of the Straw hat crew. Ace and Marco are also added to that list of people.
If Brooke or Sanji return to port they will take lead in the title of owner.
IF by some wild chance every one of these people listed above go missing the names of Sam Merlotte and Miles Edgeworth have been penned in, in the fine print, and the building and restaurant will be handed over to the Newcomer Fund to do as they please.
