yeah, no kidding. the first quarter of Barcelona was good, and then things all went downhill. that man can make good tracks sound awfully boring.

disc two here seems pretty promising though, the last bit is a HUGE nod to sasha, though (is that really a bad thing?).

one can do much worse than sasha. i mean... at least, i really liked his solo album & pretty much all of his productions. haven't heard him DJ much though.

try and track down his Zen Afterparty set.

it's an absolute monster, like 5 or 6 hours, & he was completely out of his head while he was doing it. it's really a mindblowing set, though.

eh, i dunno...results aside, i liked that they tried taking 23 in a pretty different direction.

i kinda wish the rumours about dj shadow doing it would've turned out true though, that would've definitely been something to hear.
