Definitely Strength by Kouhei Koizumi. The ending of the X OVA. My absolute favourite of all time~!! Many people in fact think that the singer is female but it's a guy and I love his quiet, gentle voice and the silent strength in it~ ♥ The fact that he composed and wrote the song all on his own makes it more love~ If I remember correctly, he was chosen at a singing contest but he seems to have chosen another career now...This is also kind of Kakyou's song. The OVA is one of my favourite anime esp. because it's told from Kakyou's POV. Kakyou who was left out of the X movie~
