Summary:
Misha isn't sure what he's in for when he meets Jensen Ackles, an IT major with an annoying roommate and an impressive console and video games collection. Although Misha is quickly sucked into the colorful gaming world, it's the man who shows it all to him that he falls in love with in the process. If only Jensen knew.

Author's note:
Here's the story of how I finally got to write a video game AU, something I've been contemplating for a while now and never knew how to pull it off - I signed up for the 2013 round of spn_reversebang with the intention to write something J2 or Cockles. I memorized the timeline for the reveal of the art prompts and claiming. Then I forgot said claiming date. And then I went online, already panicking because what if my perfect prompt would already be gone? Claimed? Leaving me with tons of (beautiful, awesome) artwork that wouldn't spark the right idea?
So I filed through what was left at this point, taking notes and hoping, when I stumbled upon mishmellow's gaming prompt. That was also the moment where I knew I had to take it, because if the shoe fits... I claimed the (thankfully still available) prompt, chewed my fingernails until I got it, and then promptly pitched my idea to my wonderful artist, who was stoked. And so, this is the result.
