2 weeks on the abs diet

So far so good. I've done 3 interval runs, 6 circuit weight trainings, been riding my bike to walk, going for walks, and ordering salads + milk or oj at bars instead of fries + beer. I'm as regular as the public transport here, but I still haven't lost any weight. Of course I'm gonna keep it up, perhaps its time to up the running and # of times I complete the circuit when I do weight training.
