Charter, why the fuck are you so difficult to navigate. What does "Internet Plus Upgrade" mean, aside from a separate $5 on my bill on top of the $50 I expect? I get 10mbs (barely). I just got them to stop charging an extra $10 for the "plus upgrade" and a modem I never leased, but they're still charging for the "plus" upgrade and I have no fucking idea what it means! I know they've upped their monthly charges (at least I think they have?) since we signed up, so maybe it's just $5 more than I thought? And that has something to do with the 5mb vs 10mb line? Rah.
I will call tomorrow after my dentist appointment and haircut. I'm really sick of being in charge of things and wish I could hand this off to someone else, but unfortunately, no. I'm stuck for another fucking year! No one does anything!
Messenger bag is nearing finish, not sure what kind of finishing touches/customizations I want to put on it for Sean, but I can figure that out later this week.
