The Vertiefung
When Darkness fall on the land and all is still,
and the last rays of sun hide behind the hill.
The Vertiefung comes out to play in the night,
and fill your dreams with its own delight.
It great pleasure in torturing you with your fears;
and if the Vertiefung finds you that fact will become clear.
Once it sinks its teeth into you and you feel their sting,
you will expierience the unparalelled grief it can bring.
It will pick at your heart and feast on your soul,
untill you feel that only death will make you whole.
There is no escape from the Vertiefungs poisonous grasp,
untill your life ends and you take your final gasp.
Untill then the Vertiefung will play with you in the night,
and twist your dreams to its wicked delight.
So say your prayers and close your eyes tight,
because the Vertiefung just might be coming for you tonite.
