Journal-
I woke up to silence. The morning was cold. It was filled with that peace that weighs down your feelings, the kind of peace you find before or after something big happened. Maybe if I had feelings, I would care.
I woke up and trained in the cold for a couple of hours, meditated for a bit, and then since Palu is going to New Namek, thanks to the aid of the Supreme Kai, we spent some time battling in the desert. At least out there the landscape is already flat so it's not like we're destroying anything, and the heat keeps your muscles warm and loose. We decided to not use our ki, making it a fight of endurance, wit, and intelligence. It was private and the most disturbing part of it was the slight breeze that swirled occassionally into sand devils across the wasteland. Out there you either make it or you die trying. I know my son found his time there very satisfying. I know I did.
I'm still sending my son to New Namek. There's a lot he needs to learn from them. And if I have anything to do with it, he'll be there for a while.
