(no subject)
Today Paul and I were talking and he said that I seem to live my life waiting for the bad stuff to happen. Well, that's basically true. True because usually the bottom does drop out. Paul has to assure me sometimes that things are fine and going to be fine. Without him I don't know how well I'd fare. See it's weird because daily I'm grateful for all the good and I put on my happy face and I'm SO excited about our big move coming up, but the littlest things can make me upset and just make me so down. I don't know, things are great, I just get upset and I want to hug my husband.
So yeah, did I talk about all the good news yet? Don't think so. Paul has booked his return ticket for February 1st, he's going to take a few days and then the two of us are moving up to D.C.! Yay! We're trying to get on-base housing, p.s. the houses are HUGE, I'm talking like 4 bedrooms, and they're really nice there. I'd much rather live on base, as would Paul. It would just be so much easier, but if we have to live off, that'll be ok too. We're talking about trading in my car and using the money his parents were giving him for his truck to get a nicer, newer if not brand new, truck or SUV. I've been job-searching for all the federal job listings that Paul sent me, there's quite a bit to look through! That last weekend I gotta move my things to my parents house cuz the Navy is coming to pack up ALL our stuff, including all the living room furniture my folks are giving us. Things are just coming together very nicely, I'm excited.
p.s. I want to see "Just Friends" and "The Family Stone"
Sooo, graduation is in 2 weeks! I picked up my tickets today and bought my tassle. It's so pretty! lol. I'm using Mandy's cap and gown, no need to buy a new one, that's just silly. Delta Gamma formal is on Friday, I'm thinking of not taking a date, I think I'd have more fun without one. Sunday is our last chapter and CAITLINS SENIOR NIGHT! It's my night cuz I'm the only senior graduating this semester. I'm amped, yay!
Anywhoooo, things are exciting, I'm really excited about Christmas, it's going to come so fast after graduation.
