homemade music videos lead me to mysterious artifacts sometimes. so this girl really can't dance for shit; but this video, and it's intent? for about the first minute and a half how totally girlfriend is this human being?

When you find videos like these, or people doing
god awful covers with all their heart and soul, I always wonder what the motivation behind posting is. Why does anyone post anything? In the blogging it seems obvious, share your feelings or ideas, have them validated by the readers. The extent to which writing about your subject (often yourself) involves the ego is sort of a known, so you don't have to really wonder what the author wants to get from sharing. In terms of media though, there's more of a gray area. Are the boring videos, bad sketchblogs and flickrs of the average person up there for friends and family? out of boredom? or for public consumption, for validation?
In more direct words; is this girl some bored teenager posting a stupid video of herself dancing because it's what she does for fun, and-she-would-do-it-even-if-nobody-saw her-ever, or is she vain, and put this up for validation and fleeting sense of accomplishment (the same reason I am writing this) ? If it's the former, she is my new mega crush, a girl who is kind of cool, not embarrassed, and likes some pretty good music yet still can't stop dancing through her hips (sexy!) and wears ultrahot yoga pants. To answer my earlier question, based on this and also
this and
this? she is SO fucking girlfriend.
Sadly, about 3 minutes of her other videos reveal she is more the latter ( I say this becauase coheed and cambria song plus likes-twighlight equals dumb), just another regular fairly cute girl who wants some validation. If this is the case though, I really wonder why people post the videos they do, because things like this reveal so much more about a person than writing or drawing, and I wonder what kind of person thinks they can stand up to that kind of scrutiny without embarrasment. What makes the
sexmans, the
chris crockers, or
these random guys who obviously spend more than half an hour on this put up this highly personal stuff? it fascinates me.
If you want to know if someone is good in bed look at their posture. If you see a girl dancing and she counts in her hips (even if her counting is bad) and all her moves start with their rythm, she will be good in bed, without exception.
