SPRING!
In a complete reversal of my mood this morning, I noticed two excellent things: My cherry fruit tree has tons of blossoms, but I was worried that there would be no pollination between it and the "male" tree, because it's so early in the year and it seems to be too cold for honeybees.
But there were tons of bees around it! I was very excited (and also thankful for the glass between me and the lovely yet vaguely terrifying creatures)
Then, in the tall weeds and grasses of the middle patch, there were tons of little bright-headed birds.
Several red heads and several yellow heads. Gorgeous!
