Like I said in chan, I think you did pretty good. The issue of Nagi's journal not being friended by the shepherd thankfully never got brought up in-game (which I think would have been unfair of anyone) since with her being a solo team, it would have cleared her as a sheep. I think as long as at least one team member is friended by it, it's an okay slip-up.
The only real issue was not warning the sheep that the game would end if a wolf wasn't ousted. Nagi didn't know all the rules, so she couldn't have known when warnings are given, but the fact that no official warning was given made me extra certain that Spain had been the wolf. I figured a warning would have been given otherwise. One of the toughest things that needs to be maintained is fairness between wolves and sheep, and that one thing, letting sheep know when they have to oust a wolf or the game ends, was what we needed and didn't get. Having no warning gave those of us who were sheep and at least OOCly know the rules of the game a false sense of security. But I know you're already well aware of having made that mistake, so I suppose the only good this comment is doing is stressing its importance.
I did particularly like that you gave people something to do now and then with the missions and made everyone work for the clues, to counteract the simplicity of the clues (simple being an observation, not a critique ♥). Sometimes it's boring with nothing to do or talk about, and it certainly felt Indy. I kind of tend to prefer having more time to talk to teams before the ousting, though. I know that sharing clues much closer to the ousting does minimize any advantage wolves may take but I don't know, I think one of the funner aspects of the game is getting to talk to other teams and discuss stuff and... giving a little more time before the ousting to reveal clues would be nice. With how late you were holding ousting for people in the targeted area, almost no one there really stuck around after ousting was over.
