It really helps to know when the person you're going up against can just become sentient, lethal fog. It really does.

I'd love to see this bit expanded, and put in context further down the line. It's an awesome set of visuals now and a wonderful moment of badass awesome, but I get the impression it's going to be simply stunning in its proper setting. <3

Thanks. I think coming back to it I'm going to have to know the city I'm dealing with, and have an idea of where/what/when that I just don't yet, but the sketch is still really evocative for visual, in a way I didn't realise when I was writing it.

:) Thank you. I wanted something like the effect of our sodium streetlights cycling when you're walking at night, the sudden plunge of darkness, but wasn't quite sure how it came across.
