Used to be that he'd have to pull on Sascha's shoulder or cup his head close to whisper in his ear like that, but the touch-cues aren't nearly as necessary anymore.

In all honesty I couldn't tell you what the transmission is; guesses include heat signatures, movement, unshielded internal communications (it's possible to turn up the outside sensor array to the point where it can do that, but it's a move for the paranoid) or computer-pings to satallites.
