Cause if you over intellectualize things and deny your emotions, life will improve!

Hint you have to decide what it means to you and hope you aren't bullshitting yourself.

There are some good posts like how to deal with family issues, other relationships, how to deal with working in customer service. Maybe I just need to drop and add this group according to if I need it at the time.
