King Philip Came Over For Gravy Sandwiches
That was the acronym I used to use in biology to remember the organization of living things in Biology 11/12. We were sharing goofball acronyms today at school, mine made people laugh, especially when I could STILL remember what each letter stood for.
So, I'm STILL waiting for my assessment for my student loan in the mail :( I can't get my Ipad until it's here :(:(
I'm going to be jealous of my classmates as I lug around my loaner books. Unless I pony up 550 dollars, THEN I can get it. I understand, but I'm a bit bummed, both that I made the silly mistake on my application in the first place, and that I can't have my gadget yet.
If it stays THIS slow at work tonight I'm doing my friggin' essay at the desk in the RTV cage. At least I'll utilise my time effectively,lol.
We get our quarterly "bonus" tomorrow. It's never much, but it's like free money in my eyes...trying to decide what I'll use it for. In the past I spent it on bills or food, but I think that I'll use it on some shoes/boots OR maybe a haircut. I'm so tempted to just get it done....although waiting, and having it as my makeover before I go to practicum would be fun. If I didn't have to go to work after school it would be a done deal, but I'd have to pull them back with a headband or something, I get all sweaty and yuck at work.
