Eeestar
I had THREE days off in a row woot,woot! We had houseguests for most of the weekend. Harlen's friend Matty came down for some awesome bike riding. Our guests were on their way to Hawaii on Sunday, leaving from the Bellingham airport, which is only 20 minutes from our house, so it made sense for us to play host and the guys can have an EPIC ride.
So Matty brought his girlfriend, and Harlen dosn't like her. It's not like she's a bitch or anything, she's just kind of naive and whiny, and girly girl. And she doesn't "get" any music that's not top 40 on Muchmusic....yeeeah. I don't really mind her, she's sweet ,but we don't have much in common, as I'm not your typical "girl". But she mades plans to hang out with a friend who lives in Vancouver- which saved me from some awkwardness. Glad she's just with it enough to anticipate that.
We had nice, warm sunny days. I got a little bit of "painting" done. Not really any sort of art, I was just using some of my cheap dollar store canvases to play. I got to see Harlen's end of season hockey game. They didn't win They would have gone to the finals if they had :(
We went out for yummy Pub dinner on Saturday, and on Sunday we went to the G-parents for Easter dinner!! My cousin and his wife and my Aunt were there, wine was poured and disappeared (hmm) And we gathered round the T.V. fr Canucks vs. Blackhawks. We lost :( Grandma cussed!!
All over a nice weekend for chillin!
