Legend Of The Seeker (Possible Spoilers)

Am I the only person who thinks this series is just plain weird? To say that I'm not impressed with it is an understatement. And to be perfectly honest, I am only still watching to see Craig Parker (Darken Rahl-the horrible villian). Spoilers and my negative opinion follow...

You've summed up the feelings at this house pretty suscinctly, though we're also watching to play "I know where that is!" with the NZ scenery. Also, points for recognizing bit players and stunties from LOTR.

Thanks, Pecos! I'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels this way! I really wanted to like the show when I saw the early teasers and pics. But if it weren't for Craig, I'd be avoiding it like the plague. I thought I recognized a couple of guys from LOTR, and some of the scenery, too. (One of the episodes even had an arial shot of clouds on the mountain tops that looked just like a scene from LOTR.) The fact that it's filmed in NZ is the reason the reviewer compared it to LOTR, I forgot to mention that. I just wish it was half as good as LOTR.

Yes, "NEED MORE CRAIG"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I have this horrible feeling that we won't see him again until they actually get to the part where The Seeker actually defeats Darken Rahl, if it hasn't been cancelled before then!)
