Fic: In The Shadows (24)
mack_the_spoon and I have finally posted the first complete installment of our very AU 24 fic over at AO3.
Title: In The Shadows
Spoilers: Post-Day 3, some spoilers for Day 4
Rating: PG-13 - nothing higher than the show itself. Language and violence.
Characters: Jack Bauer, Curtis Manning, Michelle Dessler, Tony Almeida, Kim Bauer, James Heller, Audrey Raines, others. Tony/Michelle, a little bit of Jack/Audrey.
Summary: When Jack is called in to help CTU take down a particular domestic terrorist group, the raid has lasting personal effects. AU.

Authors' Note: This takes place in sort of the same universe as a few of our West Wing stories, but it's not a crossover because actually crossing over TWW with 24 would be too depressing for us. (No need to know TWW to read this story.) As far as the timeline goes, consider it sort of a prequel to Day 4 that has implications for that day.
