So today was my first day of my diet, and so far so good. Lots of water and fruits, helped keep my energy up and since i spend most of the time on my feet at work. I did not have to push myself as much when doing my excercises. Going to bed early also helps avoid the "eating family"LOL!!!. Still have no plan what to eat tomorrow but will wait and see.
