New Ink
I have been waiting for a bit o time to get myself some new ink. The last work I got done was after we finished filming Slime City Massacre, the SCM logo and Mercenary #5 on my chest (left/right respectively), and that was 2+ years ago.
The problem was, I wanted something new, but I had no idea what I wanted, which was a first for me actually. All ofmy ink was something that either I wanted, or something that I got because of something that happened (getting married, first movie... etc)
So I go with the wifey to get her next tat and go through some books, look at flash art... nothing appeals to me. Until I walk into the booth to get her work done... on the wall is a painting by the artist of a wolf in a Japanese style. I fell in love.
So I went yesterday and made the appointment for the tattoo... Cant wait to see the final drawing. I am giving him the majority of my arm to work with, and giving him complete artistic license with size, shape and color... 6 days :)
