So far...

Today was the third day of school, and so far, I feel like summer never even happened. By the time my alarm clock went of on the first morning back, I was already in the swing of the hectic atmosphere, despite the fact that I'd spent the majority of my summer waking up mid day, save for two weeks in Missouri, during which I woke up at about 8 every morning; there must be something in that country air.

Anyway, even on the first day, I had homework that took me about 4 hours, which might be due to my slow rate of working or my short attention span. The actual courses I'm taking aren't that fun this year, but the people in them are great because I don't see any of the assholes I had to put up with last year. Most of my teachers are said to be pretty bad at their jobs, with the exception of my psychology teacher; he is a major stoner, which I love because he's so entertaining. He smokes a blunt every morning before school starts, so I'll never catch him when he's not blazed, but he's one of those people whose mind is just brilliant when high, which is good. Maybe all my teachers should get high on a daily basis; they'd be better at what they do. Anyway, speaking of psychology, I completely made a fool out of myself in that class today throughout my entire presentation, but it's all good 'cause the whole class laughed at me the whole time, which, to me, just means that I'm an entertaining character.

Aaaaaaaaaaand, speaking of entertaining characters, I have an audition on Monday for the school drama, which I've never done in past years, although I always wanted to; I was just too scared. We don't get to memorized our lines. We just read them on the spot, which seems somewhat challenging because we don't get to make any decisions about the character's personality beforehand. Still, I'm looking forward to it, because, honestly, I love acting and if I were guaranteed success, I would do it for a living, and I'm going to try when I move out. So, wish me luck, guys.
