Outside the window that my desk faces is a tree with some sort of berries. The large-ish chipmunk warren is under the tree, and the little guys do a lot of scavenging for fallen berries. Today a squirrel is hanging out in the top branches - he'll find somewhere to perch, stand up to free his hands, methodically (and quickly!) eat all the berries within reach of his stumpy little arms, move a tiny bit to a new perch, and repeat. It is extremely adorable, and it's way more fun to watch than it is to work on a paper. I find myself staring at the screen for a while, thinking up a sentence, and typing it while looking out the window.

He's currently facing away from me, so I have a nice view of his little squirrel butt, which is remarkably cute.
