Life, the universe, and too much work!
As always with my posts, this is a quick one - while I'm at work - as I've just remembered that it's been FOREVER since I updated this thing! I do stop by every now and again and check out how my friends are doing and what they're up to, but these days I do tend to be on Facebook a lot more than LJ. It's not as good for finding out exactly what's new with your friends, but it's ideal for a quick glance now and again while you're in the office! And good luck to them trying to ban it, if they do try - I pretty much run the IT side of things here, so trying to keep me out will be a little difficult *cackles*
There's nothing much new in my life, other than a ton of work at the moment. A work project - my own work, not the employer's work - is taking up a lot of my spare time and is due to take off in the next week or two, so any free time I have is ... erm, no longer free time, pretty much *groans* If I had a limited social life before, now it's not so much limited, more invisible *collapses* But it's fun in it's own way, and hopefully the rewards will pay off nicely - here's hoping anyway!
I'd better head back to it actually - but I just wanted to let me friends (at least, the ones who haven't assumed I'm inactive and removed me from their lists) that I'm alive, as well as can be, and only slightly exhausted and burnt out ;) I hope to update in more detail here soon!
