zephyr newz
so the transmission had been tugging me from slow lane to fast lane each time that I accelerated to pass someone on the way to work...my lovely one hour commute each way, sometimes 4x a day....oh how i loved being in my zephyr until the transmission was pitching me!
so they are overhauling the trans and there's only one part that can be replaced, and if that doesn't fix it, they will put a new transmission in. this is all under my warranty so i can easily do my happy dance for a few hours :D
the really fun kicker was that the "rental" that they gave me, is the next version of the lincoln zephyr- I'm sporting the 2011 lincoln mkz! it is so sweet, so fine, it nearly blows my mind. it will be hard to take it back aside from the fact that i love the 06 zephyr with my soul.
and now i am going right to sleep. it was actually quite an awful day, aside from finding novak's awesome reference to my LJ about m. fuller :)...looking forward to reading more...and i am going to try to log onto LJ more often now that i am back to the grind. the other saving grace of the day was scoring the mkz, of course. goes without saying.
i don't know if i can really take another pcat exam this month. it's such a hell month and this is seemingly the "right" thing to do, but, fml. i've been daydreaming all day of having the next cd recordings with the strings arranged by someone else for a change and just hitting the road and touring around....sigh...oh, come what may? i really strongly dislike my dreams having to burst and feeling stuck SUCKS.
i have strongly contemplated going away friday to saturday for a little self adventure. adventure into nalalaland...always a good time ;) most likely, however, i will be studying my arse off...but maybe i could do that in the mountains??? hm. sleep. sleepy. sleep.
