Xigbar and Xaldin are probably a no because lol, very masculine, Vexen is a giant, Lexaeus is also a giant and built like a brick shithouse, Marluxia, feminine as his face may be, is extremely broad shouldered and masculine of build, Axel might be a little too tall, but could be worth a shot if you have the frame.
The choice is yours. Personally, I'd suggest either Zexion or Demyx. Demyx because he has more potential to be fun and interesting to do, and Zexion because, well, I just want to see Zexion cosplayed well.
If you do want a girl, though, try Aqua, although with the game being fresh out, there might be a lot of Aqua cosplayers there.
I've had a couple of people say Demyx, now XD If nothing else the wig would be HELLA fun to style. I'm obsessive enough that I'd have to make the entire sitar as close to full-sized as possible, though. XDD
Aqua. She's one of the stars of the brand new, only out in Japan for three days so far, PSP game that is Birth by Sleep. Her costume looks like a lot of fun.

She's a keyblade bearer training to be a keyblade master, and one of Sora's predecessors. She made Castle Oblivion, where Chains of Memories takes place, and during the events of the Kingdom Hearts games already released, is trapped in the realm of Darkness. It looks like the next game involves going to rescue her from there. The game is due out in English sometime later this year.

Her name is Aqua, and the other two are Terra, and Ventus. She's named on the same theme as Kairi.
Yuuuup. So, like I said, the choice is yours. =D
