(no subject)
So I'm rereading HBP before I hit the midnight show tomorrow, right, and I run across this on page 485 of the American edition:
"I have had it all tested for poison," [Slughorn] assured Harry, pouring most of the first bottle into one of Hagrid's bucket-sized mugs and handing it to Hagrid. "Had a house-elf taste every bottle after what happened to your poor friend Rupert."
I immediately decided that this was a) hilarious and b) totally intentional on JKR's part, and mentioned it to entranceway's chatroom.
And then things got silly when one of the other players said this...
Haru (11:32:31 PM): I hear that name and think Giles and then think Anthany Stewert Head and then move to Rocky Horror Picture show
Haru (11:32:42 PM): Which now turns into Ron dressed as Frank N Furter
Haru (11:32:43 PM): Thanks
So then, of course, we had to cast the whole movie. Or at least, the main characters.

Just let all that sink in for a moment.
So now I've asked chambrofsekrits to cast the Criminologist for us because, quite frankly, we couldn't think of anything lulzy enough to fit in with the rest of the cast.
