(no subject)
Been working on come cosplay-ly things the last couple of days. Working on the wrist communicator thing for Shilo, and last night I cut out all the fabric pieces for Anna's dress. I'm going to be borrowing one of the sewing machines in the costume shop here at school after classes are over to put it together. CROSS YOUR FINGERS FOR ME THAT IT GOES WELL.
I found a Repo thread on the Copslay.com forums, and now I feel horribly intimidated :x The most frequent commenters on there are all really good, and their costumes are very detailed - I think half of them are in Shadow Casts. And mine isn't even really a specific costume, it's just approximating the look of her costumes since that's the best I can do with the money I had, but it's not RIGHT, SELF-DOUBT INCOMING AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
In other news, I'm almost done. One more actual class to go, one argumentative essay to write, two exams to take. (Of course, then I start right back over again on the 18th with May term, but I'm trying not to think about that.)
I'm probably going to have to miss most of the event at entranceway this weekend )8 And it's gonna be a COOL one too, DEMENTORS!! And so much possibility for plotly things sob
On the other hand, a large part of the reason I'm missing most of it is for RENT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH so it's totally worth it oh god I'm so excited you don't even know I'm going to get to see Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal do you even know how huge this is

Rusty, Tasha, Bonnie and I are now absolutely for sure going to Future Fest this June. I am fucking stoked. It is going to rock SO HARD.
