So I'm in math class, right, and the teacher announces we'll have math homework due over the break, specifically on the 18th. Well. I'm not going to be back by the 18th, and chances are I won't have internet while I'm there. I certainly don't have time to do it before I leave, I'll have maybe two hours to pack and get ready to go when I get home.
So I tell her this, and the following conversation occurs:
Teacher: What is it you're asking me?
Me: ...Nothing... I'm just telling you I won't have internet, so I won't be able to do it.
Teacher: Class, what is she asking me? She's asking me for a favor!
Me: ........
Uh. No. Bitch. I was just letting you know so that you didn't think I'd just decided not to do it.
And then she told me that not having internet was a "cop-out" for not doing my homework because she "told us she was going to assign homework."
WTF?!
She said she'd give me an extension, but god, was she demeaning. Ugh.
edit: Also: her little "joke" where she addresses me as Princess because I use a sparkly pen? Stopped being funny after the first time she did it. Now you're just being derogatory. Shut up.
