When does being organised cross into being anal?

I'm driving the crack_van van for NCIS again in April. As such I spent Saturday afternoon and this afternoon finding story links, putting together the posts in Semagic and also setting up my computer reminder with a postal schedule

Do you have all of your posts done before the beginning of the month?

No.

Do you have one or two done before the beginning of the month?

Yes.

Do you have them all done within a few days of the start of the month?

I tried and then it sort of didn't happen.

Do you have none done before the beginning of the month but know exactly what stories you are going to rec?

I have a rough idea and ideally have the entire list done before the beginning of the month.

Do you write the post on the day you are going to post it?

I try to have it done the day before at the very least.

Do you have a posting schedule in mind?

Yes, generally. About 3 a week.

Although I have only done the crack_van thing once. ;-)

I bet what I do didn't surprise you, did it?

Knowing what stories you are going to rec, or at least some of them, is very important I feel.

I try to avoid weekends and also as Easter is in April that too - that takes out quite a lot of days.

It's quite tiring driving the van and time consuming, hence why I like to be ready in advance.

Yes I think you have to have some sort of idea.

Oh yes you want maximum exposure so to speak.

Yes indeed. That's why I haven't volunteered again at the moment I have no time to devote to it.
