This week's six words were:
Dynamic
Fang
Oafish
Persuade
Rainstorm
Renounce
DO IT HER WAY
With the exception of their fangs, the thing about vampires was, that no two were ever really the same. There were the dynamic ones; the oafish ones; the 'I'm gonna kill you straight away' ones; the 'lets fight first' ones and plenty of others.
As she stood in the rainstorm with Willow, Xander and Giles, Buffy wondered, not for the first time, if she could renounce her Slayership. Maybe not, but at least this time she was determined to 'persuade' the vamp, to do it her way.
Two seconds after the vampire appeared, she wiped her stake and declared, "Coffee-shop."
Last week's six words were:
Book
Collar
Delay
Drain
Harbor
Moaning
BY THE BOOK
Illya paced; he wondered how much longer the delay was going to be. They should have left for the harbor ten minutes ago.
Suddenly Napoleon appeared. To Illya's surprise, his partner put his hands on Illya's collar and straightened it. "Mr. Waverly said we are to do this 'by the book'."
"Book? What book, I did not know we had a book. And what are you doing?"
"Do stop moaning, Illya. It's becoming very draining!"
"What? Napoleon, what are you talking -"
Napoleon's lips on his ear silenced him. "Play along, partner mine. I'll explain later. Now come on!"
"Yes, Napoleon."
