Yeah, living in a converted van during a Michigan winter just wouldn't fly. Good thing Minnie and Eddie had a nice, warm place to wait it out.

Chilson does sound lovely...except for all the murders. *g*

She doesn't live in the van; she lives in a house-boat during the summer. The van is a proper bookmobile. But as you say, living on a houseboat during a Michigan winter wouldn't work.

Yes I thought that too *g* For a nice place they do have a lot of murders.

I’m glad to see you’re still enjoying the serie. Book Two is on my list.

I’m with you on driving a huge bookmobile in the snow and ice. I’m not sure I’d attempt a vehicle that huge even in perfect weather.
